How do I export my data?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Export Data". You can download all your information in a human-readable text format or JSON.
Does Haven Life sync with Apple Health?
Yes! Haven Life integrates with Apple HealthKit. You can sync sleep data, steps, heart rate, and workout information. Enable this in Settings under "Health Integration".
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Haven Life → Cancel Subscription.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security, meaning only you can access your data. We never sell your information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at havenappsupport@gmail.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.
Can I use Haven Life on multiple devices?
Yes! Your data syncs securely across all your iOS devices when you're signed into the same account.
What's included in the subscription?
Your $2.99/month subscription includes all features: sleep, nutrition, health, fitness, finance tracking, schedule management, social connections, goals & habits, plus cloud sync and unlimited history.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
